Operating Standards

Entára Hubs Operating Standards

Welcome to Entára — a network of coworking spaces in Ireland’s regional towns designed to support productive, respectful, and professional work environments. These Operating Standards apply to all members, guests, and visitors across all our hubs and form part of your license agreement. For members seeking a copy of our Standard Licence Agreement please request same.

1. Access & Opening Hours

  • Hotdesk members may access the hubs Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Permanent members (e.g. office licensees) have 24/7 access via secure entry systems.

  • Communal facilities such as kitchens, toilets, and seating areas are available to all members during their access hours.

2. Use of Space

  • Members may use only the areas included in their membership (e.g. hotdesks, meeting rooms, private offices).

  • Sleeping, personal storage of non-work items, and long-term storage in shared areas is not allowed.

  • Subletting or assigning your desk or office is not permitted without written approval.

  • Noise levels should be kept to a minimum — please use headphones for calls or media.

3. Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • All members are expected to leave shared spaces clean and tidy after use.

  • Any damages or maintenance issues must be reported promptly using the maintenance form on our website.

  • Members may be held financially responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or pets.

4. Payments

  • Membership and license fees are billed monthly or as agreed and must be paid on time.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in access being restricted or suspended until the account is brought up to date.

  • Repeated late payments may result in termination of membership or license.

  • Additional services (e.g., extra meeting room use) will be billed separately, as outlined in your agreement or usage policy.

5. Pets

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome unless they are a restricted breed or another member raises a concern.

  • Pets must be supervised and not disruptive to others. If problems occur, we may request the pet be removed from the space.

6. Guests & Visitors

  • Guests are welcome during business hours. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.

  • No formal sign-in is required, but we ask that guest visits are professional, occasional, and not disruptive to other members.

7. Security & Confidentiality

  • All hubs are equipped with CCTV monitoring for safety and security.

  • Office licensees should lock their office doors when leaving. Hotdesk users should not leave valuables unattended.

  • Members must respect confidentiality and privacy — particularly in shared areas.

8. Internet & IT Usage

  • All members have access to secure Wi-Fi, and offcies members to our LAN; all monitored by Cisco systems.

  • Internet must not be used for illegal activities, file sharing, or other restricted content.

  • Fair usage applies: excessive bandwidth use may be restricted at Entára’s discretion.

9. Health, Safety & Emergencies

  • Emergency procedures and exit maps are posted at each hub.
