To ensure everyone has a chance to reserve their ideal spot, all hotdesk bookings must be completed 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you plan your booking accordingly. Our system will not allow same-day or last-minute reservations after this point. This policy helps us manage availability and maintain a fair booking process for all our members.
