When you say "Points are redeemed for Vouchers" what do you mean exactly? Points earned will be provided as a "thank you" in the form of a voucher for a local coffee shop, restaurant, or retailer. I’ve referred someone in the past, can I get a referral bonus for that? Over the years we’ve had many referrals from our community and we thank you all for spreading the word about our spaces! Unfortunately we can’t go back in time and track all of these so referral bonuses are only available from when this referral program was made. Is there a limit to how many businesses I refer? In short, there's no limit - Feel free to refer as many people as you know that are interested in a space and get referral points for each one that signs up. Do I have to let my contact know that I’m referring them? You should always be confident that the person you’re referring is a right fit, that includes chatting with them first and making sure they’re ok with us reaching out to them to start the process. What if I refer someone and they don’t sign up? We understand that sometimes things don’t work out or we just don’t have any availability for the space your referral was looking at. If your referral doesn’t sign up then the process ends there and we’ll stop contacting them, but that doesn’t mean you can’t refer someone else! When will I get my Referral Points? Once your referral moves in we will reach out to you with your referral points and to let you know. Do I have to be a member of Entara to submit a referral? In order to qualify for referral points, you will need to be an existing member. Non-members are always welcome to refer a friend who would use our spaces, they just unfortunately won’t qualify for a reward. Am I allowed to refer a business I am connected with? You are not allowed to refer a business if you are employed by, partnered with, or hold a controlling interest that company. Which locations does the referral program apply? The referrals apply to all Entara locations Can I accumulate my points? Yes of course, when we reach out to let you know you've earned points, you can decide to let them 'roll-over'. Can I receive a cash equivalent instead of credit? Unfortunately not. The Vouchers is a promotional gift and not cash or taxable income.
